I loooove mushrooms. I can put them in anything and they make me instantly happy. I especially like the combination below, toss it with pasta, eat with rice(I know, I eat virtually anything with rice), make a sandwich… I also get very butter-happy with this recipe and the result is quite heavenly.
The mushrooms this week were a mix of shitake and baby bella with garlic, thyme, rosemary, sage and white wine.
Boston lettuce seedlings. Another week and they’ll be ready for their first transplant into the lettuce nursery.
this makes me so happy and eager…we are thinking about starting planting early since the weather has been so mild
